# Connect your stores to Storevisor

> One guide per connection Storevisor offers: what it unlocks, the least access to give it, the steps in each console and the errors the connection check can show.

## Guides

- [App Store Connect](https://storevisor.devino.ca/docs/connect/app-store-connect.md): Every iOS and macOS app's listings, builds, versions, App Review submissions and releases.
- [Google Play Console](https://storevisor.devino.ca/docs/connect/google-play.md): Every Android app's tracks, releases, rollouts, store listing and Data safety form.
- [Microsoft Partner Center](https://storevisor.devino.ca/docs/connect/microsoft-partner-center.md): Every Microsoft Store app's listing and submissions.

## How a connection is saved

- Each connection uses your own key or account, never a shared one.
- Before anything is stored, one live call checks the key with the store. A key that fails the check is not saved, and the page says why.
- Keys and secrets are stored encrypted and used only for your workspace. One connection serves both StoreScope Analytics and Storevisor.
- Owners and members can connect; a viewer cannot.

## Errors any connection can show

- "That file is too large for a key."
Upload the key file itself (a few kilobytes), not an archive or a folder export.
- "The store did not answer in time; try again."
The store was slow. Try again; nothing was saved.
- "network: <error> (offline? proxy? try again)"
The store could not be reached. Try again in a few minutes; nothing was saved.
- "The check failed: <error>"
Something unexpected happened during the check. It was logged; try again, and tell us from the Support page if it stays.
