Connect your stores
One guide per connection Storevisor offers: what it unlocks, the least access to give it, the steps in each console and the errors the connection check can show.
Guides
| Connection | What it gives |
|---|---|
| App Store Connect | Every iOS and macOS app's listings, builds, versions, App Review submissions and releases. |
| Google Play Console | Every Android app's tracks, releases, rollouts, store listing and Data safety form. |
| Microsoft Partner Center | Every Microsoft Store app's listing and submissions. |
How a connection is saved
- Each connection uses your own key or account, never a shared one.
- Before anything is stored, one live call checks the key with the store. A key that fails the check is not saved, and the page says why.
- Keys and secrets are stored encrypted and used only for your workspace. One connection serves both StoreScope Analytics and Storevisor.
- Owners and members can connect; a viewer cannot.
Errors any connection can show
That file is too large for a key.
Upload the key file itself (a few kilobytes), not an archive or a folder export.
The store did not answer in time; try again.
The store was slow. Try again; nothing was saved.
network: error (offline? proxy? try again)
The store could not be reached. Try again in a few minutes; nothing was saved.
The check failed: error
Something unexpected happened during the check. It was logged; try again, and tell us from the Support page if it stays.

Once your stores are connected, connect an AI assistant or call the API. Refusals from either are listed under Error codes.
